So You Want to Know How to Get Ready For Basketball Season?

In order to get yourself truly READY for basketball season you have got to have a great strength and conditioning program in place in order to improve on your total physical strength, vertical leap, and overall athletic performance. As a strength and conditioning professional I can think of no better way for you to do this than to implement the use of kettlebell training into your strength and conditioning workouts. In order to improve your vertical leap, your core power, and overall strength you must implement lifts and body movements that incorporate multi-joint lifts.
