Pack it On – 1 Exercise to Help You Pack on Pounds of Pure Hard Muscle!

If you are looking to pack on some real hard muscle then you have arrived at the right place. Building serious lean muscle mass takes discipline, internal drive, tons of effort, and lastly an intelligent training program. I have included an exercise below that will force upon you all the requirements that I listed to help you eliminate body fat and to put on the muscle you have always wanted.
If you are going to be successful in your muscle building venture then you absolutely have to incorporate kettlebell training into your program. By now you may be familiar with this ancient tool and know that it is highly effective in helping you to develop superior muscular strength, size, and overall functionality. As a strength and conditioning specialist if you asked me to choose one exercise that would be the difference maker in developing a body resembling Hercules I would have to say it would be the single arm overhead kettlebell snatch. 
This lift basically involves you lifting the bell with one arm from either the ground or from between your legs up to a held position above your head. Doing this requires you to forcefully flex and extend at both your hips and knees to powerfully pull the kettlebell to a high pull position with it lateral to your head. Once you get it to this high pull position then you must vertically punch your palm to the sky locking your elbow and shoulder into place. After only a couple or reps of this with a moderately heavy bell you will quickly realize why this drill is so effective.
There is no doubt that the single arm overhead snatch is a tremendous exercise to help you gain muscle. If you are serious about building a rock hard powerful body then you must incorporate this drill into your personal program.
