Kettlebell Training – The Most Dynamic and Highly Effective Way to Train Your Body!

Kettlebell workouts are some of the most dynamic and effective ways to train your body. I often get the question: Why is this device and ancient form of training so special? Well, basically kettlebell training is effective for a couple of reasons. The first reason is in the device’s design and the second is in the way you train with it to tame it’s awkwardness.
You see kettlebells are unique firstly because of how they are designed. The kettlebell basically resembles a cannonball with a handle attached to it. This makes it challenging to even hold at a properly racked clean position at your chest. Just by statically holding the bell you will quickly realize that it is constantly trying to pull away from your body. This “pulling away” causes your body to have to counter-react to this force, thereby making you stronger.
This leads us in to the way you must train with the bell in order to tame it. Kettlebell exercises are very dynamic in nature. In other words, when working out with the kettlebell the training is “movement specific” and not “body part specific.” This is what people that have never trained with the tool don’t understand. Plus the way that the sphere of the kettlebell is extended away from the handle readily makes it more effective for you to execute the base lifts with it such as swings, cleans, snatches, jerks, and one arm turkish get ups. This is where you drastically benefit with this style of training more than attempting to do the same things with dumbells. You will quickly see just how effective kettlebell training is for fat loss and serious muscle gain once you start engaging in these very dynamic movements.
