The Sickest Cardio Workout on the Planet!

So what is the sickest cardio workout on the planet? What is it for? Well, I’ll start by telling you what it is not. It isn’t for the weak minded, the uncommitted, the excuse makers, or the so-called “know it all” that thinks 9 sets of bicep curls is going to get you a fit body. It IS for those that want to make a change, will try something new, and don’t mind failing. That’s right, I said failing! I said failing because at first you might not be able to finish this workout. The sickest cardio workout on the planet is also the best cardio workout in my opinion and it involves kettlebell training.
As you may know by now kettlebell training is an ancient art form that has been around for a long time. This ancient device is tremendous in helping you to forge a rock hard body with the cardiovascular conditioning of a race horse. The specific high intensity cardiovascular workout that I am referring to is the double arm overhead swing for time. 
The base lift of the kettlebell is the double arm swing. This lift normally involves you swinging the kettlebell from between your legs up to chest height back and forth like a pendulum. However, with this specific workout I am modifying that lift by having you swing the bell all the way up to above your head rather than just to chest level. This adds a whole new world of intensity to the lift. In addition to swinging it above your head you are going to be swinging the bell in continuous motion for time instead of reps. The amount of time to swing the bell in this fashion will be 2 minutes. If you have done anything for 2 minutes such as jump rope, hitting the bag, or even running at a fast pace you know just how hard this is going to be. Start the drill with a moderately heavy bell. Make sure to properly execute the hip snap to generate the necessary momentum to keep the bell swinging through the arc-like motion.
