The Fitness Ebook: The New Better Than Steroids Revamped Edition Is Here!

He’s back, and so am I! I’ve been tied up the past couple weeks hammering out some responsibilities like revamping the New Better Than Steroids Ebook, watching Expendables 2, and getting my guys ready for some fierce competition! It’s been nuts. It’s been crazy. It’s been…oh well just keep on reading and I’ll tell you about it.

The Fitness Ebook…It’s Completely Revamped!

So lately I’ve been gearing up for the upcoming November month which is looking more and more like it’s going to be a sh*t storm of training for some athletes. This is all great, but I do have my work cut out for me. Even with the approaching storm of getting prepped  for baseball winter workouts, training my MMA peeps, getting a World’s Toughest Mudder ready, and completely rewriting my fitness ebook Better Than Steroids I still had time to make it to see Expendables 2!

Yes, this movie is a total guy’s guy type of flick which is all the more reason you should take your wife or girlfriend out to see it. If she has a good sense of humor she will enjoy it. You can tell her I said so! 🙂

Now onto the business at hand. Over the past couple years I’ve been itching to rewrite my fitness ebook Better Than Steroids. I’ve had additional life and training experience with some different athletes that I knew could be an integral part of the new edition of the book. Plus, in addition to talking about various training strategies and specific training tactics, I wanted to give this particular ebook a great deal more Feel and Personality than the previous edition.

This is why I went back and pretty much overhauled the entire thing. I wanted to make Better Than Steroids (BTS) both informative and entertaining. As you know I am obviously a movie fan which is why the new version kind of has a new theme that has a little 007 feel to it! When you see the new cover you will see what I’m talking about.

The Fitness Assassin–Fitness Ebook…

This new version of BTS is not only about trying to demonstrate to you what will work within the confines of your training, but I also wanted to give you a look inside of my head when it comes to approaching the training of certain athletes and mentally walking you through what I do when I assess and evaluate certain individuals for various training strategies. In this new edition I give you specific stories to feed you these examples of my approach to things. In addition to this I mention my competitive spirit which is how the term “Fitness Assassin”came to be. There is a humorous little story about that as well.

I wanted this new edition of BTS to light a fire under you especially if you have a competitive spirit like me. I have included embed video links for some clarity on lifting technique and exercise selection as well. In a nutshell you should be covered with the product. That was the goal my friend.

Again I’m sorry about the break and interruption of my normal blogging routine, but this latest edition of my fitness ebook is something that I had to finish so mission accomplished…well mostly! Now you need to get yourself a copy and go tell all your friends and family just how great it is! Obviously I really appreciate your support on this and it sure is great to be back to a halfway normal schedule.
