Everything You Need To Know About Speed Training

Speed kills, period. Now I’m not talking about “drugs” although drugs are bad too Umkay! However, I am talking about athletic speed and over the weekend my friends over at Breaking Muscle published up my latest piece on speed training.

Speed Read To Learn More…

Over the years and even nowadays I see videos of coaches and trainers in gyms demonstrating drills that they refer to as “speed training,” however these drills are NOT speed training drills that many of these guys and girls are showing me. So to clear the air on all of this and to expand on what areas of speed development have benefited both myself and my own students I decided to talk about all of this over at Breaking Muscle.

By the way, after this article was published up to their site over the weekend it absolutely was getting shared out on their Facebook page like gangbusters! I was pleasantly surprised at how much attention it got. Not bragging, but just wanted you to know that you are apparently about to embark on reading a very popular piece. Here’s a screenshot of what it looked like on their Facebook Page by Sunday morning. Notice the number of Likes and Shares. Yeah, I had a good fist pump moment when I saw it.
