A Strength Post For My Friend Shreddy Brek!


So today I’m posting up an interesting article that I did for someone that gave my Juggernaut Workout a big shout out on Twitter last week! My new friend Adam decided to give me a shout out on Twitter and then followed up with an email inviting me to come aboard his blog to do a guest post.

Another Top 10???

As I was saying last week I opened up my Twitter account to see that I had gotten some attention with the Juggernaut Workout I posted up. This bodybuilder Shreddy Brek happens to be a fan of X-Men, but not so much a fan of kettle bells. No worries though because I think I might be changing his mind! 




As you can see he was willing to Twitter it out, or is it Tweet it out? Well, you get my point. The thing is that Shreddy Brek asked me to come up with some new content to do a guest post on his website and of course I was happy to do so.  Additionally this looks like it’s going to be an ongoing venture. 

After visiting his site it was clear that he had tons of great content and I’m honored to be able to be a part of it. Oh and the thing is that I decided to do another one of those Top 10 Lists… and yes it is better than Letterman’s himself! Well I’ll just let you be the judge of that.
