Training For The Art Of 8 Limbs…
So today I’m using this blogisode to dive right back into the strength and conditioning needs of a fighter. To be more specific I’m talking Muay Thai my friend. This is also known as the Art Of 8 Limbs!
The Art Of 8 Limbs…
As you may or may not know Muay Thai is one of the most practical and deadliest forms of martial arts in terms of optimizing the ability of an individual to strike and dismantle his or her opponent. Thai fighters are some of the most amazing athletes I’ve ever had the privilege of training and so I wanted to direct you over to an article of mine that just got published just this morning.
That’s right, the very well known online fitness magazine Breaking Muscle just published my latest article on Muay Thai strength and conditioning and I think you’ll enjoy this little piece. Please don’t hesitate to help me make a splash by commenting in the box below the article on their site to let ’em know what the BRF crowd is all about. 🙂
By the way I’m very excited about this. It’s my 2nd article to have been published up to their site and they have a massive online following with almost 160,000 Facebook followers! Son of a b@$%#. Yep, that’s what I thought too when they agreed to publish my article. I hope you enjoy it my friend and keep training smart.
