Lets face it! There are times where it is nice to show off your grip strength and there are times where you are just flat out thanking God that you have grip strength. Just like the guys in the pictures above! Whether you need it for weight lifting, athletics, rock climbing, or just flat out like to tear stuff up grip strength is an important factor in your fitness and total strength program. One of the best ways to increase strength in your grip is with the iron bell. Remember that to effectively train your body you are training the kinetic chain. All of your body’s muscles are connected to form a chain link that starts with your grip. Kettlebell training is a definite factor in helping you to overwhelmingly improve your grip strength. If you don’t believe me then make an attempt at swinging a bell like the beast!  If you don’t know what that is it is the biggest manufactured kettlebell around weighing in at a mere 48kg or 106 lbs.! You certainly have to have an iron grip to complete this task. Keep training hard my friends!
