The Test Run!

I’m about to go try a run. Pulled my calf muscle running last week and spent the whole weekend trying to nurse it back to health! Won’t know until I go. Just my second week into running. Haven’t ran in over a year until 2 weeks ago. Almost clocked a 7 1/2 minute mile until the flat tire (my calf) took me out of commission. If all of my kettlebell peeps want to pick running back up, you’ll be amazed at how well the conditioning crosses over to the running! Give it a shot. Shout at you later.
