As you swing the bell it descends down between your legs and arcs up to your chest or eye level. This cardio strength exercise is quick to get you breathing hard so be ready for it. For a first attempt try to execute 30 to 40 swings per set with a moderately heavy bell. After doing this it won’t be long before your cardio surpasses even your own expectations!
