Shoulder Integrity: Packing For Stability And Mobility

Shoulder Integrity: Packing For Stability And Mobility

The key to being a great Jedi master is being able to tap into the light side of the force although many tend to fall victim to the dark side. Likewise the key to developing a super strong body is making sure that you tap into mastering the health and strength of your shoulders.

And like some fall victim to the dark side many also fall victim to having a lack of shoulder stability and mobility during certain movements. Today I’m going to dive into this concept a little deeper so you can have some powerful, strong, and mobile shoulders for your big lifting days.

Push Ups: The Power Of Variation

Push Ups: The Power Of Variation

I guess on one hand I could say that I’m always fairly surprised at how poorly so many people struggle do push ups, but then again with the cushy society we live in I can understand why so many people struggle to perform one of the most basic exercises that are available to us in our arsenal of strength. No, I’m not going to pretend to be the strength coach that says I hit the floor with both feet first thing ready to headbutt open the bathroom door and punch the front door open and march right on into work ready to kick ass and take names. That comes…just much later after the caffeine has kicked in.

Just know that even though you and I may be slow to start the important thing to remember is to be consistent and unrelenting! After all, the finish is what matters.
