Extreme Fat-Burn – 2 Drills You Can Do to Get Your Body to Incinerate the Fat!

If you want to incinerate the fat off of your body with a metabolism that works with the efficiency of a nuclear bomb then you will love this little combination of exercises. If you want to reach a level of fitness and succeed in your weight-loss campaign then you have got to do more than just train. You must train SMART! Check out the following 2 drills to help get you started.

1. Walkout Plank Push-Ups: This particular drill is one heart pumping drill that will wake you up in a hurry when you include it into your personal program. The name is very telling. I’m sure you have heard of a push-up and I’m certain you have heard of a plank. This drill combines both into a single total-body fat blasting drill! To begin simply stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Next, crouch down to place your hands on the ground in front of you. From here walkout on your hands until your body is extended and you are in an upright push-up position. From here lower yourself down onto your forearms placing your body into a plank. The next move is for you to lift yourself up from your forearms and getting back into an upright push-up position. From the push-up position simply execute a push-up and then walk back on your hands until you are back into a standing position the way you began. This all counts for a single repetition. For starters attempt to execute 10 in a row!

2. Walkout Plyometric Push-Ups: This drill is also tremendous for getting into shape and developing serious upper-body power! To begin, you will start the same exact way as you did in the previous drill. After you walkout onto your hands here you will want to execute a minimum of 5 plyometric push-ups before walking back to a standing position. Basically your goal is to hit 5 plyo-push-ups between every walkout. The key to doing the plyometric push-up is to descend like you would with a normal push-up, except when you come up you will want to make sure you forcefully and explosively push yourself up with enough force to elevate your hands off of the ground. Each one is done in rapid succession. Attempt 5 of these and I promise you will break a sweat and get your metabolism functioning like a nuclear bomb!
