Calorie Burning Furnace – The Single Best Cardio Workout For Burning Fat!

In order to turn your body into a calorie burning furnace it is going to take a lot more than your traditional treadmill cardio workout. The best cardio exercise to burn fat has to involve kettlebell swings! So you are probably wondering, what are kettlebell swings?
Well by now you may have heard of the ancient kettlebell and understand that it is an ancient strength and conditioning device that has been around for over three centuries and has forged the greatest bodies on the planet. Kettlebell swings are the base strength endurance lift that you can perform with the ancient tool. This is certainly a high intensity cardio workout that will absolutely blow you away the first time you try it. The double arm kettlebell swing involves you picking the bell up with both arms and performing a hip snap movement to swing it back and forth from between your legs up to chest level.
This technique called the hip snap is basically done by you having to constantly flex and extend at both your hips and knees in order to create the necessary momentum to swing the kettlebell. This single exercise is tremendous for burning body fat because it incorporates hundreds of your muscles at one time. Just by swinging a moderately heavy bell back and forth like a pendulum for 30 or 40 repetitions you will be breathing harder than running a 200 hundred yard sprint! The calories that will be burned from this hard hitting cardio workout will transform your body quicker than anything you will ever try!
