The Single Best Strength Training Exercise to Do at Home is Right Here!

If you are going to implement a superior strength training workout at home then you must learn how to do kettlebell swings. By now you may have heard of the kettlebell and know that this ancient strength and conditioning device has forged some of the world’s greatest bodies. Athletes and strongmen have used this ancient device for over three centuries. This is one lift that you don’t won’t to miss out on when it comes to your strength training exercises at home.
Kettlebell swings are great for pounding out a hard hitting total body workout. This single lift incorporates hundreds of your muscles at once and will get your heart rate jacked quicker than executing a 500 yard sprint. The kettlebell is a single device that is versatile enough to be your entire strength training in-home gym. 
The double arm swings are performed by you picking the kettlebell up with both arms and swinging it like a pendulum back and forth from between your legs up to chest level. This is done by you performing a kettlebell lifting technique known as the hip snap. The hip snap is performed by you having to constantly flex and extend at both your hips and knees in order to create the necessary momentum to swing the bell in an arc like motion. This highly effective exercise can be performed anywhere at anytime. The beauty of kettlebell swings is that they can be done in your living room, your garage, or on your front or back yard. Kettlebell swings are simple, hard hitting, and a highly efficient way to train your body.
