Kettlebell Totes – 2 Styles of Toting the Iron Bell to Get You Super Fit and Super Strong!
For the following 2 drills you will need the availability of a pair of kettlebells of equal weight. Now I’m never one to say that something is easy when it comes to workouts that appear simple on the surface. I’m sure you’ll understand why I am that way when you finish this intense couple of kettlebell drills. Toting a couple of weights has never been so challenging!
1. Overhead Static Kettlebell Press And Walk: For this drill you will only need a single iron bell and a flat open space to walk. Mark off a distance of about 50 yards to walk. Start at one end of your marked area and simply clean and press the kettlebell over your head. Make sure that you lock out your arm at the elbow and that your shoulder is locked into the socket. From here simply start walking the distance of the 50 yards. As soon as you reach the end drop the bell to the ground and switch arms to go again. Attempt this drill at least twice before moving on to drill #2.
2. Duel Overhead Kettlebell Press And Walk: For this drill you will simply be executing the same steps as mentioned in drill #1. The only difference is that your intensity level will drastically go up because you will be using both bells for this drill. Clean and press both bells over your head and walk the distance of the 50 yards. Once you adopt both drills into your current fitness and strength program you will see a drastic boost in your level of total fat-loss and overall strength.
