Homemade Hard Body – The Single Best Intense Cardio Exercise You Can Do Right at Home!

There is no better way to train your body than knowing you can do it right in the comfort of your own home. The way to get real results with your cardio workouts is to make sure that they are intense. I have included a single exercise here for you to achieve a superior and effective cardio workout right at home with full confidence of gaining results that far exceed the need for a health club membership!
There is no better way to achieve cardio endurance and muscular endurance than by doing it with kettlebell training. By now you may be familiar with this ancient tool and the ancient art form that is involved in the method that you have to use in order to tame it.
The double arm overhead kettlebell swing is a hard hitting lift that is tremendous for helping you to obtain a fat burning cardio workout either in your garage, basement, living room, or yard. The overhead swing is a variation of the normal base lift known as the double arm swing. With the base lift the bell is only swung to chest or eye level, but for this particular lift I am talking about taking the range of motion of the kettlebell all the way up to above your head.
The increase in the range of motion adds a great deal more to the intensity of the lift. The swing is performed by you having to perform a technique in kettlebell training known as the hip snap. The hip snap is performed by you having to constantly flex and extend at both your hips and knees in order to generate the necessary momentum to swing the bell back and forth in an arc like motion.
With the constant force of driving the kettlebell from between your legs to above your head you will quickly be engaging in a high impact cardio fat loss workout. This single exercise is enough to change your workouts and your view of them forever!
Take the time to get introduced to the ancient kettlebell. If you don’t you are only holding back your progress. Lose that belly fat with some real cardio. Remember that anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
