Kettlebell Fitness & Strength Training
Brandon Richey Fitness offers both individual and group fitness programs, for people trying to achieve their fitness goals. I am available to train on-site, in your home or in another designated location. Exercise equipment is not required, because of my fitness philosophy that is based on utilizing the human body through a functional style of training. It has been my experience over the past 10 years of training that most athletes and serious fitness junkies do lack a significant level of functional quality within the scope of their training program. My philosophy is centered around, but not exclusive to the kettlebell, but I like to utilize an array of other devices as well! True fitness requires you to learn how to "hard wire" the connection between your brain and body and this is where my program earns its keep!

I am a certified strength and conditioning specialists through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). I founded Brandon Richey Fitness to value building character and leadership skills in all of the athletes trained in this program.

I do offer both private kettlebell clinics and classes for groups interested in learning more detailed execution of basic and advanced kettlebell lifts. These classes can be simple instruction for athletes, serious fitness enthusiast, and also CEU provider clinics for fitness and strength professionals.

Speaking Engagements and Athletic Consulting For Pre-Season Program Conditioning
I am available for speaking engagements and consulting for athletic programs that seek the professional knowledge and assistance in the development of their pre-season strength and conditioning programs. I recognize that there is a potential need for this kind of service for ALL sports. This is why I developed philosophy to apply to every type of athlete and their pursuit of optimal physical development. Brandon Richey Fitness principles are sound and field tested!
I prefer to enhance the strength component of host programs with the introduction of kettlebells. My goal is to not replace other methods of strength training with the kettlebell, but to instead demonstrate it's inclusion and "fit" into a well structured and well designed strength and conditioning program. There is also the inclusion of the athletic performance portion of the program. If you are interested in my consulting and speaking services please feel free to contact me.
