This physical trait is absolutely essential being that many fights are won based on which guy can hang on, grit his teeth, and go longer and harder than the other. This is why you've got to have your entire program structured to achieve a sound level of cardio whether you are specifically working on "conditioning" or specifically "strength."  The key is that you should be achieving a sound level of cardio no matter which aspect of your training you are focusing on at the time! I just had to get something off of my chest besides a barbell. I wanted to talk about the value of fitness. Having been in the fitness and athletic performance business in Atlanta, Georgia (Buford) now for over 10 years I am still amazed when people want "cheap personal training."  That word "cheap" to me really identifies the value and worth of a good or service. Understanding that something is cheap should be a real indicator to the consumer as to how well that product or service will last or perform. In essence, you get what you pay for! Read more
